Still remember ealier this i said that i was dizzy....
And hate the trouble thay coz me?
Hmmm...
This is actually....
The story of my phone bill....
I converted from prepaid to postpaid on Dec last year....
Havent receive any bill....
On February....
My line had been blocked....
Went to the center....
Then they unblock the line....
After two hours i made they payment....
Since i havent received any bill....
They deducted RM10 for the bill delevery via post....
(RM5 X2 months)
This month....
The same thing happen...
The provider blocked my line on Monday....
But only on Tuesday that i received an sms....
Stating that i can now view my bill....
I check the bill online...
And shockingly....
They still charge me RM5 for bill delivery....
But i dont received any....
And, the unblocking of line...l
Costs me RM10.....
now i waste Rm15 oer month....
Lazy to coz myself trouble to go to the center at 30 minutes journey....
I just sattle all my work in da ofice....
And ignoring the useless phone by the time...
Just receive the calls and sms....
On Thursday evening....
I went to the center....
Coz the nearby dealer cant help me....
So i told the staff there all the problems and trouble that i have to go through...
Then....
She (the staff)....simply deducted back the RM15 for this month bill...
Plus RM10 for the month bill....
(since my line had been block before i received the sms, and still not reaching my creadit limit)....
It was asa simple as that....
But they coz me a lot of trouble....
To go to the center....
Hopefully next month's bill...
Will be a very normal bill...
Without any extra charge....
That i was not responsible to....
AMIN.....
P/s: dont ask me the telco...coz it is not important....the customer service staff is very friendly...but the telco coz me lots of trouble....

bil tepon...biasala...i pun slalu ada prob ngan tepon bil ni...haha XD
itulah , kdg2 benda mudah tapi jadi lambat..akak pun pernah jd mcm nie ,so skrg pakai prepaid je hehehe

guna prepaid jelah balik.

setiap bulan hantar bil mmg ada cas eh?...jap..nk g chk dlm bil tepon jap..tak pernah pulak tau sebelum nih..

selama saya pakai postpaid belum pernah jadi macam ni. kena pastikan yang dorang betul-betul simpan maklumat yang kamu tak perlukan penghantara bil ke apa.
macam saya, saya request anta emel. setiap tengah bulan akan dapat bil thru emel. untuk details, cek dekat website.
since diaorg apply fee utk hardcopy bill, aku stop billing...tgk on9 je sbb save hahaha
dulu2 pnah guna satu telco..bil cecah 4-5 ratus sbln perghh
koyak poket haha
skrg pas tuka, syukur so sar ngan telco yg baru sbb bil pnah mcanak ke 500 rat tp dpt discount sbb miscommunication hahaha
aku pun sama macam jue. aku stop hardcopy bill.salah satu langkah menyelamatkan bumi dan poket. hahha..kedekut gila.
since the customer service are friendly, boel la buat penyejuk hati sket. ye tak..=)
tak amik kisah sgt sebab company yang bayar kan...tapi bila tgk itemize bill tu dia macam2 hidden charges from telco ....>_<
huu sbb tu tak suka guna line..
prepaid lg better..kekeke ;p
