Astro

Salam...
I recieved my astro bill..
2 days ago...
Suddently it RM 20.05 more...
Than the usual bill...

And i read out the details...
Stated in the bill...
It look like a little bit like this...

25/8/2014-23/29/2015. ...suspended
26/8/2014. ..... Reconnected....
25/8/2014.....reconnected....
Reconnectiom fees RM 20.00...

And i call the center just now...
Asking why my bill is too wierd for me...
Suddently the guy on the line said...
"maaf puan, memang akaun puan suspended pada 25/8/2014...
Dan kami menyambung semula akuan puan pada hari yg sama..."

And i still not satisfied asking him again...
Why they suspended my account...
And i dun realise it....

And this is his respond...
"bayaran puan sepatutnya pada 24/8/2014
dan bayaran dr cimb clicks ada delay,
bukan serta merta seperti maybank 2u"...

Still not satisfied with his answer....
Again i asked....
"ada x dalam bayaran dari cimb clicks tu
Nyatakan yang sebenarnya
Saya dah buat payment tersebut
Pada 24/8/2014"...

And his answer is YES....
So i asked him....
If ASTRO do know that i have made...
My payment on time....
It just the matter of cimb clicks delaying...
Which actually i didnt realise....
(coz maxis once told me that maybank 2u delayed payment,
and cimb clicks directly)
Can Astro wave the reconnection fees of RM20.00....
Because its not really a late payment...
And sadly he said...
"Maaf Puan dalam sistem dah rekod lewat"...

This is too brutall...
Coz on September 2014...
I paid my astro bill
On 24/9/2014...
And its via cimb clicks too...
Which ring me a bell...
That im gonna be charge AGAIN....
The RM 20.00 of reconnection fees....

The total of RM 40.00?????....

PS....How i wish i could terminate my account right now...

Kakak believe you are not the only customer facing this problems. That is also the reason why till now kakak's feel hesitate to apply Astro... furthermore kakak very rare watching tv...

astro..astro...kalau ginan gaya nya...terminate je lah....GERAM je lah..bukan kita yg lambat byr..dorang ni kan..sekit2 nk ambik duit org tu sbb tu KAYA!!!..GERAM!!!

nak kata efficient buat kerja, tak jugak. baru lambat sehari (which is tak lambat pon sebenarnya kalau dah tahu ada pembayaran dibuat) dah dipotongnyer. itu bukan efficient. itu b*d*h namanyer. maaflah, memang astro layak dpt kata maki mcm ni.

sy takde feel pun nak langgan astro in the future. membazir, cerita sama dok ulang2. choi sangat.

eh teremosi pulak. peace kak rietta =)

huish tetibe kena caj byk. kat umah kpg pakai astro basic. tu dulu, then sekarang tuka njoi. jimat duit. tp kat umah sendiri pakai pvr. lbh syok lg.

sy selalu byr lebih. duit lebihan dikumpul blh cover utk 1 bulan.

mrk ni kan dok kira payment kita yg lambat jer tapi service mrk yg on off tu buat dek jer wpun ramai yg buat laporan ...
