its start out last year..
on Dis...
Promotion Department give me a call....
to convert HOTLINK prepaid to MAXIS POSTPAID...
and i do agree....
its said that 6 months trial...
after 6 months...
i can convert back without any charge...
if within the 6 months...
the conversion costs me RM 25...
Its already 6 moths now...
and i went to the center....
converting back to HOTLINK PREPAID...
and suddenly the fella there ask me to pay RM 25...
I told her that i didnot have to....
but she refuse...
by saying, she'll check first...
then only she'll deduct RM 25 from my last bill...
But she never call me back ever since...
i made an alternative..
to make follow up...
straight away to the HQ...
and i got a call from Promotion Officer....
and now...
he's blaming me not calling him earlier...
but i instead, i when to the center...
ARENT THEY THE SAME COMPANY...
ITS MAXIS...and ITS HOTLINK...
then he now promise me to call the fella...
to help me settle this matter...
REALLY...
IT IS NOT THE RM 25 THAT IS MATTER NOW...
ITS THE WAY THEY ARE WORKING....
CUSTOMER SERVICE IN STATE BRANCH BLAMING HQ OFFICER...
PROMOTION DEPARTMENT IN HQ BLAMING STATE BRACH CUSTOMER SERVICE...
AND THE ONE THAT HAS TO UNDERGO ALL THE TROUBLE...
IS ME...

(ps...sorry for the long entry, i just wanna share, so that, nobody will have the same problem that im having right now...)

dah alang2 buat sampai diorang pulang balik rm25 tu..betul kata rietta..bukan sebab 25hengget tu..tapi sebab hak pengguna.. go go dear..
service sucks . that's why im using digi than maxshit .

tukar plan broadband dari RM98 ke RM68.. kontrak 6 bulan.
First diorang kata credit limit RM500. Baru first payment lambat sehari diorang dah call kata suruh baya atau diorang akan suspend service.. dengan nada kerek.
Never trust Maxis.

dahulu aku pakai dan setia pada maxis
tapi sudah beralih arah pada celcom semenjak maxis telan duit aku hampir 90 ringgit.

yeap u r rite, its not about RM25 anymore......its about human behaviour.....
betul la....kita cuma nak hak kita.apa yg diaorg janjikan kenalah diaorg tepati...ni sebaliknya.tak telus....
kalau dah macam tu customer service nye memang kne lawan dan dapatkan hak pengguna r.. baru betul
